41 Sports is ready to take you on amazing journeys throughout the United States! Adventure boot-camp clients will experience journeys ranging from 2-10 days. Activities include intense workouts with a bit of fun which may include horse back riding, mountain trail-running and of course nutrition and spa packages just to name of a few from the past! $1,600 for a 3 Night 4 Day Fitness Retreat on November 2 – 5. Run/Hike 4 Mountains in 3 days with Anthony and Kc McClanahan.

Our company takes 3 big trips per year. We run trails every weekend and each client works either directly with us on a Mountain or at home on line.

Some popular questions about adventure training…

What if I’m not very physically fit?
Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, Pilates mat exercises, and more! Camps are held outdoors for the most part. Directions will be given at your first assessment.
