FITNESS BOOT CAMP
A results-driven, conditioning program working in 4-week sessions at 60-minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing a military-style format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative and creative exercises in fitness.

5K
Designed for marathoners of all ability levels, this program will focus on marathon specific workouts, including an individualized training guide, race day tips, tips on mental conditioning and nutrition.

CARDIO SHAPE

41 ADVENTURE CLUB
Train for 30 days for the next adventure trip! Adventure Boot Camp members will experience journeys ranging from 2-10 days at various locations throughout the world.

KIDS’ AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Great fitness classes including Cardio, Kickboxing, weights, nutritional education and lots of fun doing it!

41 HIGH PERFORMANCE (Older Kids)
Afternoon group session for the older child athlete. Includes some boot camp style training, weights, cardio, and sport-specific training.

MOMMY AND ME AND THE LITTLE DUCKIES (Young Kids)
Programs for the new mommy and child to enjoy together. Little Duckies will have age-appropriate activities to get them moving and have fun doing it.

SENIOR FIT GROUP
Exercise is important for all age groups, particularly for the older adult. This class will help you figure out how and why you should be exercising and how it will improve your everyday life.

POWER BLASTER (For Nurses and Doctors)
This 1/2 hour bootcamp class is for doctors and nurses from 8:00-8:30am, Monday thru Friday.

THE EXPERIENCE (Intro to Fitness: 45 minutes/3xWeek)
Wanting to start a fitness program but worried to do too much too fast? Come to this class to set you on the path toward our Fitness Boot Camps and others.

THE JOURNEY
Over the course of a 6-month period we will transform you through a “Biggest Loser” type program using fitness boot camp training and nutritional mentoring.

THE BLAST
Our Extreme “Spring Training” Boot Camp – taking it to the next level with activities such as rock climbing, swimming, biking, hiking, etc.

SURVIVOR (Skill training/Survivor training – Interurban Trail; Fragrance Lake Hike; etc)
Taking fitness into the wild! Skill training/Survivor Training in our own “backyard” – we will have special guests take you to the trails & mountains in our region for training.

SPECIAL GUEST CLASSES
We will continually invite special guest trainers to teach some of the top fitness activities such as Pilates; Tae Bo; Hip Hop/Funk; Stretch; Tone; & Weight Loss
